By using LostFrame, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
LostFrame is a browser-based image transformation tool. You upload a photo, apply an aesthetic, and export the result. All image processing happens locally in your browser — your photos are never uploaded to or stored on our servers.
You can browse and preview aesthetics without an account. To export images, you need to create an account using Google or email authentication. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person. Don't share accounts.
The Free plan includes limited daily exports, watermarked output, and access to core aesthetics. The Pro plan is a paid monthly subscription that includes unlimited exports, watermark-free output, and access to all aesthetics and advanced controls. Plan details and pricing are described on the Pricing page and may change with notice.
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record). When you subscribe to Pro, you are purchasing from Lemon Squeezy, who handles billing, tax collection, and payment processing on our behalf. Subscriptions renew monthly on the anniversary of your signup date. You can cancel anytime through the subscription management portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests can be made by contacting studio@lostframe.app. We aim to resolve refund requests promptly.
You retain full ownership of any images you upload and transform using LostFrame. We claim no rights over your content. Your images are processed entirely in your browser. We do not upload, store, view, or access your images at any point. We cannot recover your images because we never have them.
Don't use LostFrame to: process illegal content; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the aesthetic engine; circumvent export limits, watermarks, or access controls; resell access to LostFrame or its features; automate usage via bots or scripts without permission; or interfere with the service's operation or other users' access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The LostFrame name, logo, brand assets, aesthetic presets, and website design are owned by LostFrame. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without permission. The output images you create using LostFrame are yours — you may use, share, sell, or publish them however you choose.
If you participate in the LostFrame creator program, you agree to promote LostFrame honestly and not misrepresent the product. Commission terms are set per-creator and may be changed or discontinued with notice.
LostFrame is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or opportunity arising from your use of LostFrame. Since images are processed locally and never transmitted to us, we cannot be held responsible for any image content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LostFrame's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account. Continued use of LostFrame after changes constitutes acceptance.
